Kevin started his career in the insurance business in 2002 working for a major insurance carrier in TX. Perspective gained from 10 years on the carrier side contribute to his well-rounded approach to handling insurance claims. He joined Brush as VP of Catastrophe Operations in 2012 and became CEO in 2018. In addition to achieving the CPCU, ARM, and AIC designations, Kevin has a marketing degree from Texas State University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.

Troy found his way into property adjusting through his love of design-build construction. With that knowledge and a customer-centric mindset, he quickly rose as a top performer in the field. In 2012, Troy became the VP of Daily Claims, developing our Quality Control Program and ensuring our field training was first-rate. He has been instrumental in the growth of Brush, launching new technology initiatives and service offerings. In his free time, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife, playing sports with his kids, gym time and hunting.

With more than 20 years of experience working in the software development and information technology industries, Jen has held multiple roles throughout the software development life cycle, in design, and in management. She has a passion for security, data and systems, and how they all work together. In her current position, Jen recognizes the importance of security to better serve Brush Claims’ clients and continues to grow her expertise through certifications and additional education opportunities. In her spare time, Jen is typically kayaking with her two kids.

Clay joined Brush as our Chief Claims Officer after experiencing tremendous success growing the claims operation of a startup insurance company as their first VP of Claims. He has held numerous leadership roles over the last ten years, leveraging his knowledge of construction and insurance and his experience as a commercial GA. When not doing all things claims, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and thinks that any day on the water is a good day!

Maribel's focus on streamlined methodologies and her implementation of integrated systems management allows Brush to operate efficiently and make decisions effectively. Her expert handling of our Financial Operations has given Brush the space required to grow year after year. Maribel graduated from the University of Puerto Rico and ICPR with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
