Brush Country Claims announces Joshua Cruce as Chief Strategy Officer
GEORGETOWN, Texas, December 16, 2020 – National insurance adjustment firm Brush Country Claims, LTD. announced today that Joshua Cruce has been named Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Mr. Cruce, who has been serving Brush Country Claims as the Vice President of Catastrophe Operations will fully transition into his new role in January of 2021.
Joshua Cruce came to Brush Country Claims in 2019 with more than 14 years of management and executive level experience in several areas including the Department of Defense, Marketing/Advertising and P&C Insurance. Cruce’s process improvement, operational strategy, and client relationship acumen were highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as this year’s historically active hurricane season.

Joshua Cruce is a decorated, combat wounded, and retired US Army veteran who received a BSBA in Management and Marketing from East Carolina University. Cruce holds several industry leading certifications in project management, P&C insurance, and claims management. He places heavy emphasis on continuing education and is pursuing his CPCU and MBA. When not serving Brush Country’s clients and policyholders, Cruce enjoys golfing, camping and outdoor activities with his loving wife and son.
