2020 has certainly had it’s ups and downs (and more downs) but we’re ending the year on a high note with the elevation of not one, but THREE of our amazing staff members!
Craig Cunningham, Vice President of Claims
Craig’s promotion to Vice President is well deserved! As the first hire of President & COO Troy Stewart, Craig has been integral to building the foundation of our property claims department. Like the vast majority of our inside team members, Craig began his career in the field and has worked his way inside, finding his passion in training and working with adjusters and supervisors alike. He quickly embodied our vision of quality and excellence and has exemplified those values in all he has done. Brush Country has transformed over the years, largely due to the role that Craig has played. By excelling in his position, he has allowed upper management the flexibility to focus on growth strategy and successfully develop and implement ground-breaking technology within our company. Our innovative full claims solution has allowed us to grow our program and product offerings to provide a world class customer experience, none of which would be possible without the leadership of Craig Cunningham.
Brian Sullivan, Field Director
Brian joined Brush as a Claims Supervisor in 2017 and his diverse skillset was quickly recognized. Brian’s ability to deliver an incredible customer experience, work with contractors of all kinds, and manage complex scenarios is exceptional! He quickly moved into the large loss and commercial claims side of the house and continued to excel as a Claims Supervisor. In 2019, Brian was promoted to Commercial Claims Manager and his success in that position has allowed us to restructure and elevate his role at Brush. With Brian’s expertise we can ensure our field has a clear understanding of claim handling while closely monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and establishing proactive claims management to deliver a consistent work product to our valued client partners.
Charlie Day, Catastrophe & HyDAP Director
As one of our best and most tenured residential and commercial field claims adjusters, Charlie joins our management team as the Catastrophe & HyDAP Director. Charlie is the “been there, done that” resource who has invaluable experience in claims of all shapes and sizes and is proficient in multiple claims estimating softwares. Charlie strives for betterment and was instrumental in our successful storm season in 2020. We are thrilled to welcome Charlie’s experience and innovative mindset to our team!
